Maintenance is the key to keep the machine running normally and to prolong machine’s life.
1.Running condition
a. Ensure the workshop condition as follow, Temperature: 18℃-28 ℃, Humidity: 40％-60％.
b. Avoid the violent crash and vibrancy to protect the precise parts.
c. Keep the workshop clean in order to prevent the dust in the air from clogging the nozzle.

2. Ink
a. Choose the proper ink for use, prior to original ink, only use compatible ink provided it can meet the demand of the printhead.
b. When using compatible ink, for the adaptation to printhead, firstly use volume about half of the ink barrel to keeping print, then fill ink barrel full and keep the status for 24
hours. The same brand compatible ink is strongly recommended.

3. Printhead
a. Choose the qualified printhead to use.
b. To the printhead no use for long time, clean the printhead and flush its ink channel then keep it in special container.
c. Clean the nozzles with the automatic flushing device as soon as there are few nozzles clogged.
